About This Site
This site is a place made by someone who grew up believing in magical girls because they had to. I was born in 1991 a VHS kid raised during a time when stories about friendship, light, and transformation were all I had when things got hard. Sailor Moon was never just an anime to me it was survival, imagination, and something like hope.
I live with disability. I’ve been through trauma. There were years I didn’t know how to speak about what hurt but somehow these characters spoke for me. They taught me things I needed. That gentleness isn’t weakness, that healing isn’t linear, and that loving others and yourself is a kind of strength all its own. Minako, Usagi, Chibiusa, Rei, Sailor Ceres, and even my OC Rika helped me through nights that felt endless. They reminded me I wasn’t broken just hurting. That I still deserved to shine.
I built this space not to pretend everything is okay but to say to myself and others: Even when it’s not there’s still beauty. There’s still friendship. There’s still a way forward. The pages here are little lanterns I leave behind for anyone walking similar paths especially fellow disabled or neurodivergent people looking for stories that feel like home.
If you’re reading this, you’re welcome here. Whether you're passing through or you’re staying a while I hope this brings you a bit of warmth. Maybe even the kind of quiet magic that saved me.
With kindness,
— A fan who still believes in love and justice.
